Guideline for Application of User ID Change

1.Print the application form as specified in annexure on the letter head of the member. Fill-in all the blanks in the application form (please don’t keep any column blank). Affix rubber stamp on each page of application and the same should be signed by User and Member. Kindly tick the appropriate column for mode of connectivity viz. VSAT/Leased Line/Internet. The application form should be signed by Authorised Signatories (i.e. Designated Director in case of company / Proprietor / Managing Partner in case of Partnership Firm / Karta in case of HUF.

2.For application of User ID on internet, submit the Annexure-7 also. The internet User ID will not be created without the aforesaid annexure.

3.For mapping the Member Administrator / Approved Users to the mode of connectivity, please submit an application in the format specified in annexure-3.

4.No application shall be made by any member, if such a person for whom such an application is made, is already an approved User of any other Member.

5.No person shall be admitted as a User who is under 21 years of age. No person shall be admitted as a User against whom any disciplinary action has been taken by the Exchange or any other Commodity / Stock Exchange. No member shall without permission of the Exchange take into his employment a former member or User of such member as a User, if such member or User is one against whom any disciplinary action has been taken by the Exchange or any other Commodity / Stock Exchange.

6.The Exchange shall have a right to reject any application made by the member or at any time withdraw any approval previously granted, or suspend a User temporarily from access to the system. Such suspension may be conditional and may be revoked on the fulfillment of condition specified, if any, to the satisfaction of the Exchange.

7.A User shall not attempt to aid in or access the NEST system using the member code from a location other than the member's location, unless he has the express prior approval of the member for whom he is an approved User.

8.Please note that any incomplete application/request which is not properly filled-in will not be entertained by the Exchange.

9.Exchange reserves the right to allow/disallow any request by the member.

UNDERTAKING FOR USER ID

Whereas at our request made through M/s. ______. (Member ID No. ______) who is a member of National Spot Exchange Limited (hereinafter referred to as “NSEL”) has agreed to provide additional user IDs to me/us and we hereby confirm that the terms and conditions of the undertaking for internet based trading been read and understood by me/us and I/we hereby undertake to comply with the same. We further undertake that we hall be responsible for all transactions done by me/us using this internet facility provided by NSEL or for any risk arising our of internet use and shall not hold NSEL responsible for any loss or risk arising from the use of internet trading.

Further, I/we ______(Name of the member) confirm that Mr./Ms. ______(Name of User) is not debarred/declared defaulter/suspended by APMC/SEBI/Stock Exchanges/Commodity Exchanges/other authorities.
