Note:
All local alcoholic beverages, American coffee and Nescafe are free of charge.
Espresso, cappuccino, Turkish coffee and fresh juices are extra charge. Please do not take any food out of the Restaurant.
For safety reasons, all our beverages in pool & beach area are served in plastic cups.
Please, do not enter the restaurants, bars and the lobby in a swimming wear.
Dress Code
Our Restaurants apply a “Smart Casual” dress code for dinner. Shorts, slippers or other beach wear not permitted.
The hotel welcomes proper swimsuits atour swimming pools & beach.
Mini Bar
Your mini bar is filled upon arrival with 2 large bottles of water during the stay by one bottle of water daily and free of charge.
ATTENTION! No cash payment is accepted in any outlets at Grand Plaza Hotel & Resort. Any extras will be charged in your room account and the total bill will be settled at the reception.
How to use our safe boxes:
Black Safe box:
1. TO CLOSE: enter 4 numbers as a personal code. Press LOCK.
2. TO OPEN: enter 4 numbers as personal code. The door will be open automatically.
Gray safe box:
1. TO CLOSE: Press the inner red button & enter 4 numbers as a personal code. Press “A”. Turn the knob to the left.
2. TO OPEN: enter 4 numbers as personal code then press “A”. Turn the knob to the right.

Pools:09:00 – 17:00. Beach towels are changed once per a day.
Check-out: – 12:00. Please return your bracelet, room key, and towel by max. 12:00. For late check-out please contact the Reception.
Day use & Late Check-out: (subject to availability):Till 18:00 – 30 Euros
Till 20:00 – 40 Euros
In case of losing towel card – 150 L.E; room key – 50 LE will be charged.
Breakfast, Lunch boxes & Late Dinner: To order, please contact Reception one day before your excursion till 19:30.
Note: In the interest of your safety, the usage of water pipes or other similar smoking devices in your room/balcony is strictly forbidden.The reserving of sunbeds at the pool or beach area is not allowed.
If you wish not to be disturbed on the beach or at the pool, place a "Do Not Disturb" flag on your sunbed. Flags are available at the TowelCenterat the beach.

Safe box: Available free of charge in your room.The management provides in-room safes free of charge, and the management will not be liable for money, jewellery, documents and other valuable items unless placed in the safe. Please deposit such articles in the safe.
