Training at Block I (Electrical Machines Section) aimed at the study of the manufacturing of 250 and 500 MW Turbo generators. The assembly of stator bars, Rotor Core and Exciter System were studied. Various tests were carried out for ensuring safety and the quality of the products.

During the period of my training i got basic knowledge about transmission of electric power from 132KV incoming feeder to 66 KV, 33KV, 11KV outgoing feeder by using current transformer, Potential transformer,Power transformer, Circuit Breaker and many other such transmission equipments.
