2017 ANNUAL Show – August 26 and 27

Dear Trader/Displayer,

Points of interest for those interested in booking to attend our 2017 show.

* Date: Saturday August 26 and Sunday August 27

* General public opening times: Saturday 9am-5pm…Sunday 9am–3pm

* Venue: BENDIGOMAJOR LEAGUE MULTISPORTS COMPLEX

Location is 1-3 Waterson Court, Golden Square (off Allingham Street)

Display Set-up time:

Displays can be set up either Friday (Aug 25th) or Saturday morning (Aug 26th). We plan to have the floor plan set up by approx. 3pm on the Friday. Exhibitors arriving Friday evening should be able to set up from 3pmonwards. Set up can continue as late as needed as we will have Security Staff on the premises throughout the night/weekend.

For those arriving Saturday morning, set up can begin at 7am.Displays must be FULLY set up before 9am Saturday as we usually have a rush of people arrivingat 9am.

Identification: Upon arrival please come in and collect your show envelopes which will contain your identification Lanyard, Code of Conduct information, Security arrangements, receipts where applicable, and information on the Saturday evening shared meal.

Lanyards MUST be worn at all times including during set up. Any people in the venue not wearing their lanyard on either Friday evening or Saturday morning before the General public enter will be asked to leave the area. This is the only way we can be sure that only Traders, Displayers and club representatives are in the hall during set up, and is done as a security/safety measure and to protect your display/trading goods.

For those attending our show for the first time, we haveon site catering throughout the show.On Saturday evening from 6pm, there is a two course meal at the venue for $10.00 per head for Traders and Displayers to enjoy some leisure time together and have access to a good cheap meal. Please indicate your interest in joining us on the Reservation Form to help us with catering numbers but pay on the day by filling out the Social Meal attendance form provided in your information envelope and have it ready, with payment, to be collected by a Club representativeon Saturday.
