Important Notes to Parties (while submitting offer) :-

  1. Quotation should be given for the above mentioned specificationsmeeting Model of the Instrument. In addition, party can also submit separate quote for any other higher version models.
  1. For all the major equipments, the essential routine maintenance consumables & any other probable replacement spares list along with their cost also to be submitted.
  1. Along with Quotation, party has to provide Specification (for the above points & any other additional) & Commercial terms meeting (compliance statement) sheets, while attaching the detailed Technical Brochure / Pamphlet of all the Quoted Items.
  1. Supplier / Party has to install & demonstrate the system performance at SDSC-SHAR either with/without out any extra charges by properly mentioning in the offer.
  1. For main equipment, Warranty has to be provided for minimum 1 (one) year from the date of Installation.
  1. Indian agent has to provide Spares supply & Services (against mutually agreed AMC) for atleast 10 years after warranty period. Also, party can offer for any extended warranty period or Annual Maintenance/Service Contract (2 regular & 1 breakdown visits) for further 3 – 5 years period with relevant separate mention (including amount per every visit) in the quotation itself.
