Instructions for Poster Presentation

POSTER PRESENTATIONS OF CLINICAL CASES WITH A DEPICTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY USAGE IN DENTAL MEDICINE IN THE AREA OF:

• Stomatology
• Parodontology
• implantology

Posters may be in Croatian or English language.

Posters will be on display on panels in section C of the Congress area.

Maximum poster size is: 90 cm x 120 cm.

Deadline for submission of poster presentation summary is October 15, 2008. Summaries are to be delivered in electronic form to the address: . The summary has to contain a title, list of authors and a short text about the depiction of the clinical case (250 words).

Awards for the best poster presentations:

1. prize 3.000,00 Kuna
2. prize 2.000,00 Kuna
3. prize 1.000,00 Kuna

Fee

On the day of congress, payment will be available only in cash in Croatian Kuna at the registry desk.

General information

Evaluation and confirmation of attendance

Based on the Rule book on professional continuous education of doctors of dental medicine issued by the Croatian Dental Chamber, attendance of the Congress is valued at 12 points. Confirmation of attendance shall be issued to all attending the Congress.

Official identification

All registered attendants will receive official identification accreditations for the Congress, which they are obligated to wear in all places where the professional and social program of the Congress is held.

Official languages

Croatian and English. Lectures in English shall be translated into Croatian.

Congressional exhibition

A sales exhibition of dental equipment, products and medicine shall be organized during the Congress.
