Financial Literacy Foundation Donates $1 Million to EEI, Inc.

ATLANTA, November 30, 2010 – The Jonathan D. Rosen Family Foundation (JDRFF), dedicated to improving financial literacy, today announced a contribution of $1 million to Economic Empowerment Initiative, Inc., a 501(c)(3) also known as EEI, Inc.

The commitment will enable EEI to pursue challenge grants with a value of up to an additional $2 million over the next four years as well as to support their existing financial literacy and entrepreneurship programs.

A check presentation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the EEI VIP Reception located at 1120 Mount Paran Road, Atlanta, GA 30327.

Jonathan D. Rosen, CEO and co-founder of Entaire Global Companies, Inc., whose initial grant of $5.3 million in Entaire stock helped establish the JDRFF, believes that financial literacyamong school-age children and adults is critical to succeeding in American society today.

“We need to invest in financial literacy programs because, too often, people are only learning how to live paycheck to paycheck. They need to understand why it’s important to save and invest, and acquire the skills to do that,” Rosen said. “EEI has shown it knows how to break the paycheck to paycheck cycle and put people on a pathway to financial independence and economic security.”

“Now, more than ever, it is important to keep track of your finances,” said Samuel T. Jackson, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of EEI, Inc. “The significance of creating a plan to ensure financial independence is essential to survival during these tough economic times and starting at an early age is very important. It is definitely an honor to receive such an investment in our work. We are extremely grateful to the Jonathan D. Rosen Family Foundation for their support of our organization, and they serve as a strong model of social responsibility in the community.”

The Jonathan D. Rosen Family Foundation was created in April, 2010. The Foundation’s mission is “To empower children and adults across both the social and economic spectrums with the knowledge and skills essential for successful financial decision making. The Foundation’s focus is to facilitate the delivery of education and resources that will provide an opportunity for personal financial flexibility to those who would otherwise be unable to achieve it.”

Mr. Rosen was a founder and serves as the CEO of Entaire Global Companies, a financial services holding company specializing in leveraged strategies for retirement planning and wealth creation. Mr. Rosen is a member of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, one of Catalyst Magazine’s 25 Atlanta Entrepreneurs to Watch and founder of The Wealth Builders Foundation for Economic Planning, Inc. a wealth management consultancy serving high net worth individuals.
