Monday Bowling

NO BOWLING ON FEBRUARY 12 DUE TO A TOURNAMENT—Join us at the Community Center instead for Painting with Rhonda 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $8.00….staff, you can paint too! Please RSVP

February 5, 19 and 26 4:15 pm $5.00 per game(ARS pays 50cents)

Being on time, no later than 4:15 p.m. and ready to bowl by 4:30 p.m. is very important. If you arrive late, even five minutes, you may not be able to bowl. All checks need to be made out to Concordia Lanes, not to ARS. Thank you !

Saturday Activities

February 10 ARS/SMILES Center for Independent Living Second Annual Valentine’s Dinner and Dance. Cost is $10.00 per person (staff must pay as well)—there is no discount for the dance only. Please RSVP by February 3. Dinner will be Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Green Beans, a Dinner Roll and Dessert. Punch and water will also be served throughout the night. Up All Night DJ will be providing the Music and the popular Photo Booth. Come dressed Black Tie and Ball Gown or Jeans and a T-shirt—your choice—just come and have some fun! Doors open at 4:30, dinner at 5:00 followed by the dance. PLEASE RSVP!!!!

If there is a weather advisory, schools are canceled or it is 10 below zero or colder on weather.com, you can assume that events will be canceled. Please always check before you come out. Upcoming Cooking Class Dates: The Allina Grant has come to an end. I’m looking to apply for it again. We will look at still having the cooking classes. Freezer meal prep will be starting in April. Stay tuned for more info on that.
