GUIDE:

Every supervisor has to fill in this form and give to AJK PSM after evaluation at respective department. There are THREE(3)parts that has to be filled in by Project Supervisor, which are:-
  1. Part B(I)
Project progress report evaluation part. Marks fraction are given to every aspect that has
been evaluated in this part is 10%.
  1. Part B(II)
This part comprised the suggested content project that had been suggested by students.
Marks fractions are given to every aspect that had been evaluated. The whole marks for
this evaluation are 50%
  1. Part B(III)
Supervisor are asked to give written comments (if needed)and declare whether the
suggested project by student is pass or fail.
