Ensure you have pre-arranged delivery or brought the following with you:
Tea and coffee
Milk, sugar
Biscuits and/or fruit snacks
Cups, plates, cutlery
Lunches (including any special lunches for people with allergies).
THINGS TO CHECK 24-48 hours in advance:
Catering – confirm delivery times
Keys/alarm/access arrangements – ensure the building manager knows you need to arrive at least one hour before the workshop starts, preferably 1.5 hours
Any sundries required (e.g. if you are responsible for washing up and putting away crockery after use, make sure you’ve got detergent, cloths etc).
Attendance – send a reminder email to all registered attendees, reminding them of arrival times etc.

USB stick or similar with Powerpoint and completed CESAR spreadsheet from PHASE A workshop / All
Cheques for those participants who are being paid their incentives by cheque (if you are using participation incentives) / Hand out on completion of workshop.

Finally – remember to initiate payment as soon as possible after the event for those participants who have given you bank details for their incentives, rather than being paid by cheque.
