It is no longer necessary to advise us of a Fixed Term Exclusion by phone, letter or email. Please ensure that you record full details of the exclusion on your school pupil database (SIMS, Bromcom, RM and Serco). The exclusion details will reach us via the weekly automatic system-to-system update (B2B) from your database toour own ONE database.

For schools who do not operate B2B, Oxfordshire County Council Data Team will contact you to make a specific request for exclusion information. This request will be made termly. Advising Oxfordshire County Council of Permanent Exclusions is a statutory duty.
