Description:My SkillSource is a browser based, web delivered online learning system set up to include the resource libraries described in “Services” below. Customer will receive access to all current My SkillSource Self Paced Courses, Books, Test Prep, Reference Resources, and an administrative site for user management and user course activity reports.

Customer is entitled to new courses and resources as they are released throughout the subscription term.

Usage:Users are entitled to unrestricted access to the training resources that are assigned to them for the duration of the term. A specific number of users are entitled to access the training site. See “Number ofStudent Accounts” below. These user accounts are expressly for and limited to named individuals and may only be used by the employees they are assigned to.

Student accounts may only be re-assigned to a different employee under the following conditions: the original named user has left the organization or has not accessed the training site.

Payment Terms:Customer is responsible for all sales tax (excludes government and tax-exempt organizations), shipping and duties payable in US Dollars to Enterprise Training Solutions Inc. Payment in full is due within 30 days of invoice. Invoices will be sent by Enterprise Training Solutions Inc promptly following execution of this Agreement by both parties and at the beginning of any renewal period.

Special Remarks: This Agreement allows and provides for the inclusion of the terms and conditions of the Texas DIR Contract for Training Services and the Standard Terms and Conditions for Training Services Contracts.

BY SIGNING IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW, CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO THE SPECIFIC TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE. THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALSO APPLY TO ANY SUBSEQUENT MY SKILLSOURCE RENEWAL PERIODS.
