Our Operations Team specializes in managing the necessary details for a successful closing and is prepared to assist you throughout the home buying process. Below are a few examples of how we will be of service to you:
Financing Your Home: If you have secured your financing for our new home through Fidelity you are sure to close on your new home! Bay Creek recognizes Fidelity Bank as our “preferred lender”, because they have demonstrated the ability to consistently deliver superior expertise and outstanding customer satisfaction. The lender offers numerous products designed to meet the needs of nearly all buyers and will work hard to ensure that you are comfortable with the home loan process. Weekly Construction Stage Updates: Once your foundation has been poured you will begin receiving weekly updates on the various construction stages of your home. We have a weekly meeting with the builder and we try to get you and update by the end of the week. If either of us are out or on vacation we will be sure to get it to you the following week.
Walk-Through Inspections and Closing: As soon as the delivery schedule has been confirmed for your home, we will email or call you with information regarding your walk-through inspections and closing once scheduled. This correspondence will include the specific dates and times of your walk-through inspections and closing appointment.
Utility Connections: You will have to contact the utility companies to have your services started. A great time to call to have them connected is the same day you have your Home Owner Orientation (HOO) please see attachment for contact information.

Financing Your Home: You have chosen and the Seller has agreed to allow per NACA terms, Esau Davis of NACA to service your loan. I have been in contact with Esau and have asked him to keep me updated on your loan and any information we may need from him or he may need from us. He also has a copy of the fully executed contract.
Walk-Through Inspections and Closing: As soon as the appliance delivery has been confirmed for your home, I will send or call you with information regarding your walk-through inspections and closing. This correspondence will include the specific dates and times of your walk-through inspections and closing appointment. You will also be able to order your inspection once the appliances are installed.
Financing Your Home: You have chosen and the Seller has agreed to allow Patty Williamson of Silverton Mortgage to service your loan. I have been in contact with Patty and she will keep me updated on your loan and any information we may need from her or she may need from us. She also has a copy of the fully executed contract.
