Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

The reply to any call for proposals involves the recording and processing of personal data (such as names, addresses, CVs, etc. Such datawill be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18December2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.[2] Your replies to the questions in this form are necessary in order to assess your grant application and they will be processed solely for that purpose by the department responsible for the Uniongrant programme concerned. Please note, that all applicants must also submit a'Legal Entity File (LEF)'[3] duly completed and signed by the legal representative of the applicant, with the necessary annexes;

Entities without legal personality must additionally submit documents providing evidence that their representative(s) have the capacity to undertake legal obligations on their behalf. These must be:

  • Either a letter of the legal representative certifying his capacity to undertake legal obligations on behalf of the organisation;
  • Or, where the entity without legal personality is a grouping/cluster/platform/association of legal entities, a mandate duly signed by the chair of the grouping/cluster/platform/association enabling one (legally established) of the member organisations to represent the grouping/cluster/platform/association in the framework of the submission of the proposal, selection process and management of the grant.

If the statutes or equivalent do not exist, an identification form of the entity may be considered as sufficient if it is accompanied by a document (e.g. letter, invoice) which clearly shows that the entity does indeed exist.

Affiliated entities must additionally submit the evidence of the establishment of the partnership whether established specifically for the action or not (for the case of sole beneficiary) or evidence of their legal or capital link with the applicant (for the other cases);

1.4Applicant’s Operational and Financial Capacity

Applicants must have the professional competencies as well as appropriate qualifications necessary to complete the proposed project. In this respect, applicants have to complete the Declaration ofhonour (Annex V)and attach the supporting documents according to the requirements of art 8.1 and 8.2 of Guide for Applicants.

Please note that all applicants must submit a completed Estimated Budget Form (Annex III), signed by the legal representative of the applicant. The Budget Form must be perfectly legible so that there can be no doubt as to words and figures.

2.4Relevance of the project

Please outline the relevance of the project and its expected results with regard to (1) the objectives, (2) priorities and (3) target groups of this Call (see sections 2 and section 6.2 of the Guide for Applicants).

2.5Method of the Project

Please explain how the methodologies used during the project. This should describe how the project:

  • is prepared, implemented and followed up;
  • engages the target group(s);
  • ensures a high level of interaction with potential participants;
  • wherever possible, fosters the sharingof experience and knowledge of organisations which have already benefitted from Erasmus+;
  • builds on the services, programmes, expertise, resources and know-how of the UK National Agency for Erasmus+ without replicating these;
  • establishes linkage with the 30th anniversary of Erasmus.

2.6Expected impact of the project

Please outline:

  • the expected outreach (number of people reached in person/electronically);
  • geographical coverage (proposals offering activities outside of London, covering multiple nations or the entire UK will obtain a higher score);
  • theCommunication Plan of the project (visibility of the project including print and electronic media, involvement of potential partner organisation etc.);
  • expected impact on Erasmus+ applications;
  • possible follow up activities after the activity/activities co-funded by this Call.

2.7Efficiency

[6]The period during which the action is carried out determines the period of eligibility of the corresponding costs. Under the financial legislation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities, no grant may be awarded retrospectively for project already completed, and in the exceptional cases accepted by the Commission where applicants can demonstrate the need to start the project before the agreement is signed, expenditure eligible for financing may not have been incurred before the grant application was lodged.
