Sub :- Application for engagement of Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultants (Indigenous System of Medicine) for Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Dispensary situated at Mughalsarai in Mughalsarai Division of E.C.Railway under the aegis of Central Staff Benefit Fund.

All previous Notification issued by this office has been cancelled and now this Notification has been issued for engagement of Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultants.

Application for engagement of one Homoeopathic and one Ayurvedic Consultants (Indigenous System of Medicine ) for Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Dispensary situated at Mughalsari in Mughalsarai Division, in the following prescribed proforma, are hereby invited from qualified Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Doctors who possess a Bachelor Degree or a Diploma in respective discipline of medicine. However, completion of Internship is essential for Bachelor Degree holder and minimum 1-1/2 years work experience is essential for Diploma holder. The cut off date for reckoning minimum/maximum age, educational/professional qualification, Internship and work experience is 01.12.2015

The application in the prescribed format as per specimen given along with enclosures should reach by ordinary post addressed to Chairman, Divisional staff Benefit Fund, Divisional Railway Managers Offices, East Central Railway Mughalsarai, Personnel Department (Welfare Section)P.O.Mughalsarai, Distt.-Chandauli, Pin code no. 232101 (U.P.) or drop in the box available in Welfare Section of Personnel Department of DRM’s Office, E.C.Railway, Mughalsarai . The last date for submission of application alongwith all requisite enclosures is 31.12.2015 up to 18.00 hrs. positively. After that no application has been received in any circumstances.

Terms and condition for engagement of Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant under Indigenous System of Medicine are as under:-

1. The engagement of Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultants (Indigenous system of Medicine) will not be born in any cadre of Railway Service. Rather, it will be a part time job which is financed under a scheme of staff Benefit Fund not by the Railway.

1. The engagement of Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultants (Indigenous system of Medicine) shall not give any right for Railway service and they are not given such privilege/facilities which Railway Doctors. Officer and Employees only are entitle as per rule.

1. The engagement of the Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant should be for a term not exceeding 01 (one )year at a time subject to reviewed at the end of the term based on the output, utilization of facility, etc, by the Chairman of the Staff Benefit Fund otherwise cancelled. However, the said engagement has also been cancelled any time within the tenure, when any irregularity has been found.

1. The minimum age for engagement of Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant is 21 years and the maximum age is 65 years. After 65 year their engagement has been cancelled automatically.

1. Completion of Internship is essential for Bachelor Degree holder.

1. Minimum 1-1/2 year work experience is essential for Diploma holder.

1. The working hours for these Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant will be 04 hours. Daily for 05 days in a week.

1. As per rate prescribed by the Railway Board (RBE No. 80/2014 dated 22.07.2014), the honorarium paid to these Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant is Rs. 17500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred only.

1. The of Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant would be responsible for proper maintenance of records for patients treated and Homeopathic and /Ayurvedic medicine issued free of cost to staff (to be supplied by Staff Benefit Fund) and submit the accountal for the same to the Chairman. Divisional staff Benefit Fund as and when required.

1. In view of non availability of post or fund, the Chairman of the divisional Staff Benefit Fund has right to cancelled the said notification for engagement of Homeopathic and Ayurvedic Consultant.
