If selected, the charity agrees to:

Have a promotional photograph taken with the Peterborough Pop Ensemble;
Provide a quote for use in a press release;
Set up a display in the lobby of the venue to provide information about the charity;
Arrange to have a representative present at the display table
Promote and assist in the sales of tickets to the concert event.
