  1. Kick Off.
  • Check in with everyone and ask how everyone is doing?
  • Introduce any new attendees.
  1. API RP 19G11 Action Items.
  • Conduct a detailed review of the current version of the Table of Contents and the current version of the Master Document.(Not all sections have been drafted yet, so we can’t conduct a complete review at this time.)
  • This was done.
  • We will hand out paper copies of the TOC and Master Document and will have the document on line.
  • A paper copy was handed out by Arun Kallal.
  • We do not plan to review the document it self in detail at this meeting.
  • Review the status of all Action Parties and Action Items.
  • Are any changes needed in Action Parties or Action Items?
  • Several changes were made to Action Parties. These are as follows:
  • Chapter III – Cleon Dunham will draft Chapter III. He will review this with Greg Stephenson.
  • Chapter IV – Octavio Reyes will draft Chapter IV, Section e, f, and g. He will review these with Yula Tang. Note that the outline for Chapter IV has been updated. The updated outline is contained in the current version of the Master Document.
  • Chapter VI – Octavio Reyes will draft Chapter VI, Section a. He will review this with Yula Tang.
  • Chapter VII – Juan Carlos Mantecon will draft Chapter VII, Section a. He will review this with Murat Kerem.
  • Chapter VIII – Juan Carlos Mantecon will askOctavio Reyes, Fernando Ascencio Candejas and Dr. Fernando Samaniegoto work on Chapter VIII, Part 2. Yaser Salman will provide a Case History on the experiences with the Penguin project in the North Sea.
  • The comments on Pages 21 and 22. It will be necessary to add Olga plots.
  • The comment on Page 40 will revise the Table of Contents. There will not be Sections d and e, but just Section d. Note: This has already been addressed.
  • Yaser Salmon is willing to help others with their sections, if need be.
  • The Target Date for completion of all “first drafts” was Sept. 1, 2009.
  • Set new, realistic Target Dates for all un-drafted sections.
  • New Target Date is Dec. 15, 2009 at the very latest – Considering that the previous deadline of Sept. 1, 2009 is already past, the earlier we can have the missing sections for review the better.
  • The goal is still to have the document fully drafted by the Feb. 2010 meeting.
  1. Action Items. Review status of each action item from the last meeting.
  2. See above.
  1. New Action Items. Agree on new action items to further the ones from before and make new progress on the document.

  3. When the Work Group is finished with the document, it will need to be reviewed by the Task Group. This may also be a word-by-word read through of the document. To facilitate this process, the Task Group can be invited to participate with the Work Group in their word-by-word review.
  4. The Task Group will send it to API.
  5. API will “ballot” the document.
