Profile

Dr. Hafiz Badaruddin Ahmad got his M. Sc and Ph. D degrees from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Pakistan. He started his career as lecturer in chemistry at Government College Minchinabad. He served at Government College Bahawalnagar, Okara and Khanewal for about 20 years. In 2005, he joined GC University Faisalabad and in 2008, he was selected as Assistant Professor at BZ University Multan. He earned HEC scholarship for postdoc and worked as Honorary Research Associate at the University of Liverpool, UK from May 2008 to February 2009.

Besides his teaching and research activities, he has deep interests in Urdu literature, especially poetry. His poems are heard in different public events and published in many magazines. He has sound knowledge of Islam and has learnt the Holy Quran by heart in his very early age. He won many prizes and trophies as a debater in his student life. He is life member of the Chemical Society of Pakistan.
