Agenda:Day One will be used for a number of interactive exercises to brainstorm, share ideas, and develop strategies to address our immediate needs and discover alternatives in service provision. We plan to address issues of Capacity, Sustainability, Growth, and Professional Development. The results will inform our thinking as we develop plans.

Day Two will be used primarily for strategic planning. We’ll split into respective groups to work on plans. CRT programs will work on current strategic plan and DS programs will work on emerging leadership group.

We hope you can attend both days, but realize some people may attend just one day. We encourage you to participate in any way you can. We realize everyone is feeling the strain of the current economic crisis, but we trust that we can pull together to keep our programs strong for now and the future.
