1. 45th Anniversary Parade
The Parade this year celebrates the 45th Anniversary of the founding of the HKACC and incorporates in its proceeding the New Corps Colour Presentation Ceremony and the screening round of the annual Albatross Award footdrill competition. All members are obliged to take part in this important event and show their support to the Corps. Unit commanders should encourage their subordinates to attend the Parade so as to achieve a maximum turnout.

a) When the Corps Colour is escorted by the Guard of Honour march onto the Parade ground;
b) When the Reviewing Officer arrives and acknowledges the General Salute on the dais;
c) March Off the Retiring Corps Colour;
d) New Colour Presentation Ceremony;
e) Parading the New Corps Colour;
f) When the Parade Advance in Review Order for the General Salute
g) Three Cheers to the Corps; and;

Remarks:
(i) Full-size medals, ribbons, lanyards are to be worn.
(ii) Escorting Officers, Parade Commander, Parade Adjutant, Squadron Commanders, Guard Commander, Guard Junior Officer, Uncase Officer, Parade Warrant Officer, members of the Guard of Honour, Stick Orderlies and Orderlies shall wear white gloves.
(iii) Squadron Warrant Officers and Flight Commanders shall wear brown leather gloves
(iv) Female members on parade with swords or rifles shall wear trousers.
(v) Blue-Grey sashes are to be worn by Parade Warrant Officer, Colour Warrant Officers, Squadron Warrant Officers, Colour Escorts, Stick Orderlies, Markers of the Guard of Honour.
(vi) Name tags are not to be worn by members on parade.
(vii) No optional items in particular stable/purse belts are to be worn.
(viii) Female members are to keep their hair neat and tidy and above the collar of the shirt/tunic. No
ponytails are allowed.
(ix) The remarks should be read in conjunction with Dress Regulations issued by HQ.
10. Transportation
Transportation will be arranged for pre-registered members on parade on 29 and 30 October 2016. Details will be announced in due course.
11. Assembly and Reporting
All members are to muster at the parade ground, Police College and report to Parade Warrant Officer at 1245 hrs on 29 October 2016 and 0845hrs on 30 October 2016.
12. Catering Arrangements
Lunch will be provided by the Corps at the JPO Canteen for HKACC members and Hong Kong Police Silver Band members. HKACC members are reminded to bring along sufficient water for personal consumption.
13. After Parade Refreshments
Refreshments will be arranged immediately after the Parade at the Officers’ Mess and Shun Tai Yuen for VIPs and other guests respectively.
14. Bad Weather Arrangement
The arrangement for the Parade shall follow the regulations issued by HQs.
