Willie Jolley is “America’s Premier Celebrity Speaker – Singer – Author… Inspiring Millions with Music & Motivation!” He is truly a renaissance man, who is an award winning speaker and singer, a best selling author, a national media personality and a national columnist…all in one person!
In 1999 Willie Jolley was named “One of the Outstanding Five Speakers in the World” by Toastmasters International. Less than 50 speakers worldwide have been bestowed that honor! Former winners include Nelson Mandela, Christopher Reeve, Margaret Thatcher and Colin Powell! In the same year Toastmasters alsonamed him the "Motivational/Inspirational Speaker Of The Year!" Willie Jolley holds the two top designations that that the National Speakers Associations bestows to the best of the best. The first designation is the CPAE/ Speaker Hall of Fame Award, which is a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism. In winning this award Willie Jolley joins luminaries like Ronald Reagan, Zig Ziglar, Harvey McKay and Les Brown. The other designation is the CSP designation, which is the Certified Speaking Profession designation, which is an earned honor for being a speaker who has made his mark on the speaking industry with presentations to a wide range of groups and audiences. The first goal for Ford was to decrease their work force by 25,000 workers. Willie Jolley helpedFord to not only reach their goal, but to exceedtheirgoal by over 50%...38,000 people took the buyout offer after hearing Willie Jolley! Next Ford brought WillieJolley to their headquarters in Detroit and had him record television messagesfor workers in the factories that focused on thetopic of excellence. Thetelevision messages became a dailyreminder of the excellence it would take to"comeback". In June of 2007Fordposted their first profit in seven quarters and the Ford leadership has acclaimed the fact that Willie Jolleyplayed a significant part in their comeback success!
