· Project managed cross-functional teams (vendors, client Business and IT) during requirements definition, system design, multiple Agile teams for application development, quality assurance testing, user acceptance, implementation, production validation.

· Eliminated .com, mobile and IVR references to a bankrupt servicer of USAA originated loans, redirecting USAA members to new mortgage servicers; implemented as planned per the bankruptcy court ordered February 1, 2013 mandate.

· Managed network and software requirements to transition a legacy mailed paper survey to an automated electronic survey, w/notifications emailed to USAA Members containing links to the surveys hosted by a 3rd party vendor service; results are transmitted back to USAA and a partner company for reporting/analysis; implemented as planned on February 25, 2013.

· Reduced USAA enterprise losses by changing existing method for assessing how risk is factored into applied mortgage fees in Fidelity UniFi; coordinated Legal and Compliance department review; the result allows USAA to appropriately charge these fees without risking adverse Fed findings and penalties; phase 1 implemented as planned on March 23, 2013, and phase 2 implemented as planned on May 18, 2013.
