Function 2: Support activation of medical surge / ·  Become admin of WEAVR on behalf of all members
·  Coordinate two WEAVR drills for member agencies / ·  Identify local WEAVR admin
·  Identify protocol to activate WEAVR thru Consortium director
·  Participate in two Director led WEAVR drills / ·  Local and consortium director both able to navigate WEAVR / ·  COMPLETE – BRIAN AND AMY ARE BOTH REGIONAL ADMINS IN WEAVR AND CAN INITIATE DRILLS AND MISSIONS UPON REQUEST
Function 3: Support jurisdictional medical surge operations / ·  Participate on MS Workgroup at state level
·  Determine best way to access WI-TRAC info (patient tracking) / ·  Be able to staff local EOC when requested
·  Be able to activate RMCC 24/7 / ·  Local and consortium ability to support MS and request RMCC activation / ·  IN PROGRESS- RMCC ACTIVATION PROTOCOL DRAFTED BUT NOT DISSEMINATED TO MEMBERS YET.
