Marine Sgt. Brandon C. Bury, 26, of Kingwood, Texas
Sgt. Bury was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, Calif.; died June 6, 2010 while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. This scholarship is being awarded to Honor and Remember the Service of this Texas Hero.

Criteria· Must be a graduating senior from Kingwood High School and plan on attending college, university, community college or vocational/technical school in the Fall of 2018.
Award: $1,000.00 (Scholarship Funds will be sent to the college of your choice thru Humble ISD.) Scholarship will be Awarded at the Kingwood Fallen Heroes Golf Tournament on 28 April 2018 at the Kingwood Country Club.
