This ______Maine Coon is sold as a pet only. This cat may not be used
for breeding and must be neutered before one year of age, or upon
recommendation of a veterinarian. Upon neutering, buyer agrees to send
verification to breeder.
Registration of kittens is not provided unless requested for an additional fee. I am working on TICA registration as an option for those customers that would like documentation.
This cat will not be shown in competitions without consent of breeder.
This cat/kitten is to the best of the breeders knowledge, healthy at the time of
sale, unless otherwise stated, and has been vaccinated unless otherwise
stated.
Buyer agrees to bring cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours
after delivery, and at least once annually thereafter for vaccinations and
other routine checks. If the veterinarian finds the cat/kitten ill and that
illness was present prior to sale, or if the cat/kitten should die as a result of
this illness, breeder agrees to replace the cat/kitten with one of equal quality.
Breeder guarantees kitten to be negative for ringworm, FELV and FIV negative, at the time of departure.
Breeder does not recommend FELV vaccines. Please consult you veterinarian.
Wild Onion Maine Coons guarantees this kitten or cat to be in good health, to the best of my knowledge at the time of the sale.
This kitten has been immunized as prevention/precaution against feline panleukopenia, feline rinotrachetitis, calici and chlyamidia
Kitten is flea and free of ear mites at the time of departure.

If a kitten expires from an undetected disease prior to 2 years of age an autopsy report and or test results must be provided proving proof of death to the cattery in order to be eligible for a complete replacement of a kitten.
Buyer also agrees that cat/kitten will not be denied needed veterinary
attention.
Buyer agrees that cat/kitten will be kept indoors at all times, will have
access to fresh water at all times, and will be given a proper diet as
recommended by veterinarian at all times.
Buyer also agrees the cat/kitten shall not be declawed.
Cat/kitten will receive frequent and kind human attention.
If buyer cannot maintain possession of cat/kitten, buyer cannot retain
ownership, the breeder will be given the right to purchase cat for half of
original sale price. If breeder does not exercise purchase breeder agrees
to assist in placing cat in a suitable home. All subsequent owners will
agree to the terms of this contract.
No cat/kitten from this cattery may be used for breeding purposes without purchasing breeding rights or a mutual consent agreement with owner of cattery, Nanette Allen.
No cat/kitten from this cattery will be given to an animal shelter, sold or
given to a pet store, abandoned, or otherwise transferred to any party other
than one approved by breeder.
Cat/kitten shall be kept free from external parasites, such as fleas and
ticks.
Buyer agrees that a deposit of $400 toward the purchase price is required to reserve a kitten, along with this signed agreement.
The reserve deposit is non-refundable once the litter is born.
Full Refunds will be made only if Wild Onion Maine Coons is unable to offer a kitten of choice within a year’s time period of the signed contractual agreement from other upcoming litters.

Payments are preferred thru wire transfer using PayPal , direct deposit, or cashiers
check.
No checks will be accepted for final payments of the remainder balance.
Buyer agrees that in the event that litigation is necessary, jurisdiction will
remain in the State of Illinois, County of Cook.
Buyer agrees to notify breeder of any change of address or phone number
or if the cat/kitten becomes lost or stolen.
We, the undersigned, consider this document to be a legally binding
contract representing the entire agreement between the parties.
Neither party may modify this agreement without consent of the other party
in writing.
