Additional information
-Please provide the registration documents of your Company,
-Please sign attached covenant to maintain confidentiality,
-this RFP shall not create any obligations contractual or otherwise between Grupa LOTOS and the Bidder,
-Grupa LOTOS S.A. shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Bidder in the preparation and submission of the proposal. Grupa LOTOS S.A. will not refund any costs connected with delivery and preparation of the Offer, Bidder’s visit/s at site, Offer presentation (if needed), further clarifications or complement proceedings, and any other costs except for the lump sum remuneration that will be paid to the awarded Contractor.
-Grupa LOTOS S.A. will have no obligation to provide information and/or elucidation regarding the evaluation of various proposals and decision making process.
-exclusions from the RFP no. 10710/13072017conditions and scope may cause rejection of the Proposal,
-Grupa LOTOS S.A. will not return once received Proposal,
-Grupa LOTOS S.A. reserves the right to call off request for proposal without giving any reasons,
-Grupa LOTOS S.A. reserves the right to make changes in this RFP up to Proposal submission date,
-after Proposals collection and their evaluation Grupa LOTOS reserves the right to further negotiations with one Bidder or few Bidders,
-choosing any Bidder for further negotiations shall not be considered as a final result of the whole Proposal evaluation process and does not mean election of a Contractor according to the regulations of polish civil code [pol. KodeksCywilny],
-this RFP shall not be considered as a Bid or Tender [pol. Oferta] according to the regulations of Polish civil code [pol. KodeksCywilny],
-agreement with the chosen Contractor shall be governed by the Polish law and based on Grupa LOTOS S.A. standards,
-all correspondence and all documents relating to this bidding process shall be written in English languageand should be signed only by a fully authorized person on behalf of Bidder or officer authorized by Power of Attorney,
-Everyone present on the territory of Grupa LOTOS S.A. refinery is obliged to follow the regulations andprovisions binding on the area of Grupa LOTOS S.A., comprising among other: safety and work hygiene, firefighting regulations, pass systems, rules of mobile telephones use and other broadcasting equipment. At the same time accepts that infringement of the said regulations may constitute for Grupa LOTOS S.A. the basis for immediate retracting from execution of the subject of the Inquiry for platinum recovery from spent catalyst I82 by the chosen Contractor due to the fault of the chosen Contractor and filing a claim;
-the service of personal movement, vehicle, material and property traffic on terrain of Grupa LOTOS S.A. is executed by security LOTOS Ochrona Sp. z o.o.
Note
In case of any copied documents they must be certified "true copy" by a person authorized to make declarations on behalf of the Bidder.
Method of preparing bids
- Bidder is obliged to read carefully the information contained in the inquiry and its attachments and prepare an offer based on them.
- Bidder interested in putting an offer should:
- send confirmation of receipt of the Request for Proposal on Purchasing Platform;
- put an offer on Purchasing Platform till 21.07.2017 1 p.m.
C. An offer should be:
a)drawn up in English
b) signed by the person/s authorized to act on behalf of the Bidder;
c)put an offer on Purchasing Platform titled Inquiry for platinum recovery from spent catalyst I82.
