Commitment: / We are looking for people who can commit for a minimum of 6 months every 2 weeks to cover the advertised time for the drop-in (currently 1-1.30pm every Wednesday)
Duration: / Ongoing, min 6 months commitment required.
Requirements: / · Good IT skills (in order to support members to access information online)
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent English
· Ability to understand the financial services on offer and communicate these effectively
· Basic numeracy

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and security for the handling of personal information.

Training: / · On the job – Shadowing existing customer service assistants in the first instance, followed by jointly manning the service points.
· Induction checklist will be provided that you will be asked to work through to ensure you have the necessary knowledge.
· All volunteers will be invited to a half day training session to be held on a Saturday twice yearly.
Notes: / This role may involve handling personal data therefore prior to taking up post 2 references will be requested and checked.
All roles are unpaid, but travel expenses will be covered.
