To achieve the GOLD SEAL AWARD, a unit MUST first fulfill the requirement of the BLUE SEAL AWARD. The complete BLUE SEAL application MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THIS APPLICATION. Then the unit must meet 3 out of 4 of the basic requirements in Group A.

To be eligible for the GOLD SEAL AWARD, both the BLUE SEAL and GOLD SEAL forms must be completed and returned to the MISSOURI STATE PTA OFFICE (POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN September 1, 2016). If the unit does not receive notification that its application has been denied, the Achievement Award Certificate will be mailed to the unit president after the Missouri PTA Convention.
