Brief Job responsibility - Software Trainees work in a dynamic team-oriented environment to assist the Risk Technology Solution Software Engineering and product management groups. Our goal is to develop and deliver world class risk technology software solutions that enable our sales and delivery of professional services.

•The Software trainee will be primarily responsible for maintaining and developing for the complete range of PROTIVITI software products.

•The trainee will participate in the overall product development life cycle working with the engineering team as part of the product development and release process.

•The trainee will move up the value chain by working and demonstrating capabilities across the various functions like support, defense (bug fixing), feature development, QA, release management etc. During this process the trainee is also expected to understand and practice the agile product development life cycle so as to ensure high quality standards are maintained and a quality product is delivered to market on time.

As the trainee progresses in their career, the focus will shift from generic functions to specialized roles depending upon the capabilities demonstrated, fitment and organization’s need.

•Conceptually strong/clear on technical concepts studied as part of curriculum

•Must possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

•Must work well in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently

•Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

•Must have a desire to learn and receptiveness to feedback and mentoring

  6. A4 sheets for rough work – (Min 20 Rough Sheets)
  7. Hardboard for writing Exam – (Very Important for writing exams)

Important Guidelines for Students - (Read Carefully)

  1. Wear Proper Formals / Business Suits.
  1. Mobile phones not allowed inside the examination hall.
  1. Students have to report as per mentioned time, late comers will be strictly not allowed inside.
  1. After clearing the written examination if any student is found missing in GD, Final Technical / HR Interview round, then he / she will not be allowed to sit for the next 3 companies and strict disciplinary action will be taken against him / her.
  1. Inform parents/ guardians about the recruitment process which can continue till

midnight or even beyond that.

  1. Students need to arrange theirown transport.
  1. Strict Discipline needs to be followed during the recruitment process.
  1. Students should not discuss their individual problems directly with company delegates. Students need to discuss their problems first with their individual Placement Officers and than with ATPC.
  1. ATPC strictly follows One Student One Job Policy. If any student found placed in more than one company without prior permission, all offers made will be cancelled and he/she will be strictly debarred from any further campus recruitment drive by ATPC.
