Directions: heading towards Blenheim, over the Wairau bridge, turn left along Rapaura Rd
10.30 – 11.00am Lorri Taylor, 838 Rapaura Rd.
On the right past Old St Marys Convent, look for the big rocks at entrance to driveway
· parking in driveway.
A rambling country garden with expansive lawns surrounded by informal woodland
areas with mature trees and shrubs, bounded by Spring Creek.

11.15 – 11.45am ‘Kilbrook’, Shireen Kilpatrick, 184 Selmes Rd.
Down the very end of Selmes Rd turn right up long driveway, parking on the headlandopposite the shed.
Thefive year old garden has been carved out of a large swamp area. A lake was
formed from Cravens Creek and is the focal point for a park like setting.
12noon – 1.15pm Laurelle & Mike Price, 19 Blind Creek Rd, Tuamarina
Back onto Rapaura Rd turn left heading towards Picton, at Tuamarina turn right over railway crossing, then right into Blind Creek Rd, 2nd house on left, drive in for parking.
A cottage style garden with a beautiful gazebo, a pergola dripping with wisteria,
and rustic gates all built by Mike. Garden rooms have been created to make smaller
secluded areas of interest.

1.30 – 2.00pm ‘The Stream Estate’, Jenny MacAuslin, 856 Rapaura Rd.
Back along Rapaura Rd to just before the 1st garden, turn left into driveway and go
straight ahead to end of vineyard then turn left to garden.
The formal entrance and courtyard lead to a beautiful setting with Spring Creek flowing
along the front, the cottage style garden has more than 500 roses.
After this your options are open –
· Devon Nursery - corner Hammerichs Rd and Old Renwick Rd
· Supermarkets/Bunnings etc etc
· Afternoon tea in Renwick, or at the Argosy
