Ref: Environment Clearance accorded by SEIAA, Haryana vides their letter no:

SEIAA/HR/2013/ 1367/ Dt: 12.12.2013.

Dear Sir,

Please find herewith the status report of Environment Monitoring for the above mentioned project

as follows:

1. / Construction of project is at theFoundation level with excavation work in progress, along with other related works of foundation.
2. / Drinking water facility for construction workers is provided at the site.
3. / We have provided First Aid facility at the site for use in case of any first aid requirement.
4. / We have provided toilet Block for workers as well as for staff working during construction phase at this project. We have engaged agency for maintaining the toilet Block.
5. / Top soil excavated during construction activity is stored for use in horticulture / land development within the project site.
6. / Construction spoils including bituminous material is not allowed to contaminate water course and building construction spoils is re used in the refilling of foundation trenches.
7. / The Diesel Generator set being used at the site during construction stage is of low Sulphur diesel type generator, and is acoustically enclosed.
8. / Fly ash is being used in the construction stage mostly in the ready mixed concrete, supplied by RMC suppliers.
9. / Ready Mixed Concrete is used in the construction stage, being supplied by R.M.C. suppliers from their ready mixed plants. This saves wastages, is economical also, and ensures strength of the structure. This also reduces water demand.
10. / Ambient Air Quality/ noise & Ground Water are being tested periodically. These rare found to be well within the prescribed norms. Test result of Ambient Air Quality/ noise & Ground Water for the month of Feb, 2014 is attached herewith.
11. / Forest Clearance obtained.
12. / Permission from competent authority for supply of water shall be obtained prior to operation of the project.
13. / All requisite approval from competent authority has been obtained for this project as is required prior to start of construction.
14. / Rain water harvesting is proposed at designated locations at the project site as per standard design and drawing. Oil & grease trap shall be provided for removal of oil & grease if any from the surface run off and suspended matters shall be removed in a settling tank before utilization for rain water harvesting.
15. / S.T.P. Plant of 165 KLD has been proposed at the Site and the treated effluents shall be used for Gardening etc.
16. / Dual Plumbing Line is proposed for use of recycled water of STP for gardening and landscape area. UV radiation shall be used in the STP treatment process.
17. / During operation stage, the strategy adopted for collection and disposal of the solid waste is that the solid waste deposited at the designated place/ dust bin inside the campus and will be segregated in to bio-degradable waste and bio-non-degradable waste. The bio-degradable waste will be disposed off to municipal waste bin and bio-non-degradable waste will be disposed off to recyclers.
18. / The DG set proposed for this project is designed of Enclosed Type, acoustically enclosed, and the stack of DG exhaust shall be raised 6 meter above the top roof level. Only low Sulphur diesel shall be used for running of DG set.
19. / Weep holes in the compound walls shall be provided to ensure natural drainage of rain water in the catchments area during the monsoon period.
20. / There is planning for Tree plantation with number of Plants along the periphery and along the road preferably with local species for providing protection against particulates and noise, and rest area has been designed/ planned with grass, shrubs, and ground cover plants, and proper and adequate greenery of the premises.
