Nominations must be received no later than 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2011, and may be turned in by hand at the Conference Registration Table, sent in with your conference registration form, or submitted to President B.W. Baucum, who will forward them to the Chair of the Nominations Committee selected at the conference (The Nominations Committee is made up of those Past Presidents in attendance at the conference, and the most recent Past President is the Committee Chairperson.)
Candidates and those nominating them must both be members in good standing with the West Texas Justices of the Peace and Constables Association.
