To Parents/Guardians of Bruin Battalion Cadets
SUBJECT: Cadet Uniform Responsibility Signature Form
JROTC provides uniforms at no cost. Initially your student will receive some of the items listed below, depending on their grade and Cadet ranks. Drill team members will receive additional items for wear. We will order name tags at the beginning of the year. Students can earn ribbons and awards. Students are responsible for lost or damaged items. Cadets will properly wear their uniforms on Thursdays. If a Cadet is absent on Thursday or does not wear their uniform for any reason they will have until the following Wednesday to wear and earn a grade.
French Brothers Cleaners, 801 N. Dixie, Elizabethtown, is contracted for initial hemming at no charge when you tell them you’re a Central Hardin JROTC Cadet. Coats and Trousers/slacks are dry cleaned only. Dry cleaning is your responsibility. Shirts are machine washable. These uniforms are new, so take care of them. We brief the students to take care of the uniforms by hanging them up and storing the dress shoes to prevent damage. Contact us at 270-737-6800 if you have any questions or concerns.
