  • Before completing this form, first read the ‘Kingston-Lebara VIP / VSP Project Summary’and apply to the project on the Volunteering Portal on the Union website. Applicants that have not registered on the portal will not be accepted.
  • Save the Application Form with your surname (i.e. ‘Smith – Volunteering Application Form’) and email to by midnight: 18th January 2017.
  • Please do not sign the form when you submit, just send it without a signature. If you are selected, we will then ask you to sign your Application Form.
  • Successful applicants will be emailed by 27th January and invited to join a assessment event on 1st February 2017, 6-8pm.
