Dear Sir,
Sealed tender documents are invited for execution of Furniture, Electrification & Air conditioning work as per the blank tender form.
The format for item rate Tenders along with general conditions ( Preamble ) etc is enclosed with the Tender form. For Lumpsum offer a Preamble is enclosed and a detailed offer is to be submitted by the Tenderer.
General Conditions :-
1)Quoted Rates should be inclusive of all liasoning charges, LBT, Levies,VAT and taxes.

3) EMD in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “ Jalgaon Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd.” Should be attached along with the Tender documents.
4) Retention Money is ( Security Deposit)5% of total bill / contract value ( Whichever is greater). Amount will be retained for Two Years ( Up to the completion of Defect liability period).
5)Above tender with covering letter & details of similar projects executed above 10 Lacs
in last year should be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to 'General
Manager, General Administration Dept. JJSB Head Office,117/119,Navi Peth, Jalgaon -
425001' before 21 December 2014 upto 05.00 PM.
6)Blank tender documents are available at “Rachana Vishwa Architects, Nalini Shilp, Agra
Road Deopur, Dhule Dist.Dhule form 15/12/2014 to 20/12/2014 during
working hours. Cost of the blank tender form will be Rs.500/- (Non refundable)
7)Date of opening of tender will be informed in due course.
8)Bank will have the right to accept or reject any tender without giving any reason.
