Program Learning Goal: Provide a core curriculum that allows students to acquire knowledge in specific core content areas, such as history of sport, sociology, ethical/legal issues, marketing, finance, and management theory.

Ideal target is an average score for each content area will be 3.5 or greater on a 1-5 scale. / Ninety-one (91) students enrolled in KIN 4513 took the test in Fall, 2015 and thirty-five (35) students in the Spring, 2016. The class mean in the fall, 2015 was 65.13% and in the spring, 2016 was 64.48%.
The percentage of students who scored 60% or higher are 72.2% and percentage of students who scored 70% or higher on the content knowledge test for 2015-16 are 41.3%.

It was found that 80% of the students sampled scored a “2” or better on three of the four criterion with the "sources and evidence" criterion being below that target. On this criterion 70% of the students sampled scored a “2” or better which is approaching the target.
Oral presentation data was collected from 67 students. 65/67 students scored a 2 or better on each of the criteria in the rubric.
