Muslims believe the oneness of God and in the Prophet Hood of Mohammed. This is absolute in their beliefs. This is the key aspect of a Muslims life to be on the right side of Allah and everything they do is towards that goal. The concern for one’s family and others is a key component in the daily life of Muslims. Threw self-sacrifice and diligence they are living right with God.
I believe that the easiest for me to deal with if I was Muslim would have to be the establishment of daily prayers. I do pray to god during the morning I get up for a good day and no issues of major consequences pop up. My family prays to him during dinner as well so for me to pray more than that would not be all that difficult. It’s just adding addition time in prayer to God.
The most difficult for me would have to be fasting all day. I am accustomed to eating when I feel hungry. So no eating till after the sun goes down would be difficult for me to deal with. Not impossible mind you but hard. We Christians have rituals of fasting and those are hard on any one that does that. I believe if one wants to commit to the ultimate self-sacrifice that fasting for ones god or gods is good in god’s eyes but it is not for me.
