Job Description: Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering all sales support utilizing knowledge of company products, policies, standards, and practices to assure timely and accurate service. Duties regularly include the execution of agreements, order processing, and other administrative functions. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and will work directly with external customers, as well as all other members of the Draker Team.

Responsibilities:

Act as point of contact for Draker’s Director of Sales and external customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Assist sales team in creating and delivering quotations to customers.

·  Handle routine quotation and sales actions on behalf of Director of Sales.

·  Receive purchase orders and close the opportunity in Salesforce. Ensure necessary technical and logistical details are acquired and entered in Salesforce prior to closing the opportunity.

·  Coordinate communication between sales and internal departments such as production, engineering and accounting to ensure that customers receive the best service possible.

·  Assist sales with ensuring sales paperwork, including credit applications and drawings, are obtained from prospective customer at or before an order is placed.

·  Utilize internal Draker resources to remove obstacles and ensure a smooth and expedient sales process.

·  Maintain Salesforce or other CRM data as needed.

·  Answer incoming calls directed to sales. Distribute leads to appropriate sales team member.

·  Provide follow up support to all members of the sales team.

·  Participate in weekly team conference calls.

·  Follow open issues through to completion.

·  Document and maintain sales procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement of the sales process.

·  Act as a customer advocate to internal departments.

·  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·  Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business

·  Preferred Experience: Technically-oriented work experience in PV industry, operations, applications engineering, computer science, manufacturing, and/or sales support

·  Ability to quickly understand technical concepts related to the product, and to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences

·  Strong sense of customer service and satisfaction

·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills

·  Computer literate and comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Gmail, Google docs, etc.)

·  Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM Software a plus

·  Self-starter with the ability to use good judgment in limited oversight situations

·  Well organized and detailed oriented

·  Entrepreneurial with creative problem solving skills

·  Limited travel may be required 0-5%
