II DESCRIPTION OF THE REALIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY
The description of the realization of the activity should contain the necessary information in order for other teachers to implement it, if interested (the best innovative practices will be published in the publication) – up to 1000 words
Goals – state the cultural and education goals for IIE
Introductory activity – provide description of the introductory activity
Main activity - provide description of the steps of the activity, the manner of application of the interactive methods and periods and state the final result/product of the activity.
When describing the activity, it is important to explain how it meets the criteria for evaluation of innovative IIE practices under numbers 2, 3 and 4.
Final and evaluative activity - state the final activity and the questions for evaluation and reflection of the students.
When describing the activity, it is important to explain how it meets the criterion for evaluation of innovative IIE practices under number 5.
Resources – state the used resources for realization of the activity and the resource for the contents used during the planning of the activity – for example, webpage, book-author, particular textbook, materials, equipment, etc.
III EVALUATION OF THE SUCCESS OF THE ACTIVITY
Provide a review of the success of the realized activity according to the aspects defined in the criteria for evaluation of innovative practices under number 1 to 5, suggest ideas for improvement and summarize the learned lessons from the activity experience - up to 300 words
IV DOCUMENTATION THAT NEEDS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION
1.  Workbook/work task
Textbook / Samples of the workbook containing detailed description of the task of the students shall be submitted in electronic format.
2.  Products of the work of the students; / Electronic versions or pictures of the products/handiworks of the work of the students that include demonstration of various aspects from the development of competences and values for IIE.
3.  Photos or/and short video (maximum 5 minutes) as a support to the realized innovative practice. / Photos and/or videos of the realization of the activity that show the achievements stated in the criteria for evaluation that are submitted electronically.
