6. Public Hearings:

(A) Consideration of a federal grant application for a Targeted Transit Assistance Program for skat bus service in the Reidsville area and Authorizing Resolution. (Enclosure #1)

(B) Consideration of a Text Amendment allowing Solid Waste Transfer Station as a permitted use of Heavy Industrial with a Note 36 (T2015-5). (Enclosure #2)

7. Consideration to approve the listing and selling of 148 acres of Holiday Loop property/Drum Road/Pickrell Road/Grooms Road (former Equestrian Center property) in Reidsville as requested by the Rockingham County Partnership for Economic & Tourism Development. (Enclosure #3)

8.Consideration of Reidsville Industrial Park Site Certification with Alliance Engineering with the $46,000 cost of this certification to be split between Rockingham County, the City of Reidsville and Citizens for Economic Development, Inc. at $15,333.33 each as requested by the Rockingham County Partnership for Economic & Tourism Development. (Enclosure #4)

9.Presentation on Freeway Drive project by Dan Bailey.

10.Consideration of a request by staff to demolish 404 Stokes Street. (Enclosure #5)

The next regular monthly meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in City Council Chambers. (NOTE: This is a day earlier than normally scheduled since City offices will be closed November 11th for the Veteran’s Day Holiday.)
