LIVING ROOM YOGA
Space Rental Agreement for Small Room
This agreement applies to workshops,
one-time appointments, and workshop series.
This agreement is between Living Room Yoga, LLC (Leaser), 1608 29th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 and ______(Lessee):

____Cost of Rental:$15 per hour.Includes 7.5 minutes on either side of rental time to set up and break down the room.
____Marketing and Collection of Monies:Lessee is responsible for all marketing and collection of monies except that Living Room Yoga will link from its website and newsletter to lessees website and will post a flyer provided by the lessee in the studio.
____Payment:Monies due, along with this agreement, are required for reserving the room.Lessee may email this agreement and make a credit card payment by telephone.However, the original signed agreement must be received within a week’s time.
____Parking: Lessees renting space after 5:30pm Monday through Friday will park in the U-Rent Parking lot across the street and ask their participants to do so as well.
____Cancellation: Lessee must give a 48-hour notice of cancellation for a 75% refund of rental fee.Cancellations after that time will not be refunded. Some optional services are not eligible for refund (see below).
____Clean-up:Lessee must leave the space in the same order in which it was found whenever possible, including emptying trash and vacuuming when appropriate.
____Closing Procedures:If the Lessee is the last person to leave the studio for the day, Lessee must shut off all lights and fans, set the temperature to 65 degrees of heat in the winter or 85 degrees of cool in the summer, set the burglar alarm, lock the door, and drop the key in Living Room Yoga’s locked mailbox outside the north door.
____Optional Services:Lessee may hireLiving Room Yogafor the followingoptional services:
· Use of our logo header for brand recognition onthetopof yourflyer ($5)
· Registration of participants($5 per registration + credit card and paypal charges)
· Flyer development ($35)
· A web page on Living Room Yoga's website ($35)
· Check in Support ($15)
· Clean-up/closing support ($15)
____No Employee/Employer Relationship: It is understood by both Living Room Yoga and Lessee that no employer-employee relationship exists between the parties to this agreement.The Lessee indemnifies and holds Living Room Yoga harmless from any and all claims that may be based upon any contention by any third party that an employer-employee relationship exists by reason of this agreement.

____Insurance and Licensing:Lessee shall maintain, during the period of this agreement, general liability insurance and all applicable licensing required for the operation of his/her business; and provide copies of it before rendering services.
____Trademarks:The Lessee shall not make use of Living Room Yoga’s trademarks, trade names and service marks without Living Room Yoga’s prior written consent.In the performance of Services, the Lessee agrees that the Lessee shall not have the authority to enter into any contract or agreement to bind Living Room Yoga, and shall not represent to anyone the Lessee has such authority.
____Nondiscrimination:Lessee, by execution of this Agreement, certifies that it does not discriminate against any person upon the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, disability, marital status or sexual orientation in its rendering of services.
____Damages:Lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify Living Room Yoga, its officers, agents, board members, and employees from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages suits, or other proceeding.Lessee is responsible for repair or replacement of any damaged Living Room Yoga property.
