*Note that TSPC occasionally updates licensure requirements, so you should verify that this information is current on the TSPC website prior to submitting an application for licensure.
- Test of Basic Skills: Candidates must submit official passing scores on one of the following exams, in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics. A doctoral degree from a regionally-accredited institution will waive this requirement for a test of basic skills.
*Passing Scores on the Essential Academic Skills (EAS) Exam, offered through the Oregon Educator Licensure Assessments (ORELA)

*Passing Scores on the Praxis 1 Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST), offered through Praxis
