I refer to your request for information, dated 25 March 2011, in which you asked for the following.

Can you please provide me with the emailaddresses of all the practice managers within the trust and the relevant GP surgeries they manage?

In response, I am pleased to advise you of the following information in the attachment below. This lists all the practices within North East Essex PCT, their addresses, phone/fax numbers and each practice manager.

You have also requested the email addresses of each practice manager. This ‘information is reasonably accessible by other means’ (Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) and can be found on the NHS Choices website. I have included the link below for your convenience.
