Sub:Complaint against meetings conducted by Mr.Jagat Singh, Ex-PET, in various Vidyalayas of Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur and Bhopal region- request for inquiry and action.
Sir
It has been brought to the notice of the under signed by various units and regional Office Bearers of AIKVTA that Mr.Jagat Singh Ex- PET, KVS has visited different Vidyalayas in the aforesaid regions and conducted meetings in the Vidyalaya premises, even during Vidyalaya hours to instigate Teachers against AIKVTA. Needless to state that AIKVTA is the only recognized Teachers Association in KVS. He has projected himself to be the benefactor of a non-existent Association RKVAS in those meetings and in certain places, its alleged that he even collected money from the teachers giving false assurance of getting MACPS approved for KV Teachers.
We are at loss to understand if KVS has permitted the concerned Principals to allow Mr.Jagat Singh,Ex-PET to conduct such meetings in Vidyalayas and if not, how such illegal activity was allowed by those Principals.
I also enclose here with a letter received from General Secretary,AIKVTA( Hyd Region) as an annexure to this complaint.
I request you to get the matter inquired for necessary action at the earliest.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully

Dear Mazumdarji,
Every thing is fine here. It is mention here that Mr Jagat Sing , Ex PET and Ex Secretary of RKVAS( J) was here in Visakhapatnam for two days. I understood that he is retired from KVS. I found it surprising to see and note that he went around many schools in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam with some other teachers to canvass for the RKVAS( J). He conducted a meeting on 16th April 20, 2011 in Hyderabad and went around to some schools in Hyderabad. He was in Visakhapatnam on 18th and 19th of this month. On 18th he went to KV Steel Plant and conducted a meeting from 11:20 AM till 12:20 PM in the school library. It is believed that he made a statement in the meeting that AIKVTA Objected //stopped the MACP by denying ACP which was granted by KVS in 2003 . He says that the document signed By Mr Malik in this regard is with him. I could clarify the people in this regard to some extent but it is better you may give a clear clarification if needed.
He went around KV Malkapuram , KV No 1 Nausenabaugh and KV No 2 Nausenabaugh on the same day and conducted short meetings in staff rooms./Library/PT rooms. On 19th ie; yestaraday he visited KV NAD , KV 2 Srivijayanagar and KV 1 Srivijayanagar during the school hours and asked staff present there to support RKVAS and become the members. He conducted a staff meeting in KV Waltair at the end of the day. Around 15 members from different KV’s attended the meeting conducted by him After 4:30 till 8 PM on 19th April 2011 in the school premises of KV Waltair.
May I draw your thinking and clarification in this regard that how the non existing association is able to canvass for membership during school hours that too by a person already retired from KVS. Is that KVS gave any permission to RKVAS to go for membership may please be clarified.
Thanking You
Yours faithfully
