Further Information: The welcome pack will include details of the shows rules and regulations, which you are expected to abide by.

Showground Etiquette: The organisers’ objective is to hold a relaxed family show with a minimum of rules and restrictions. Please cooperate with show safety and legal requirements to help ensure its success.

Traffic Rules: A 5mph speed limit is applied within the showground - reckless driving at this type of event could result in prosecution. Unauthorised movement of vehicles during events is not permitted. No transference of fuels may be carried out.

Vehicle Movements: Vehicles are not permitted to leave the site between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm on show days – emergencies excepted. A one-way system will be in operation and all vehicles must abide by this.

Generators: Generators must conform to the current Health and Safety Regulations and the Electricity at Work Act; this includes ground spikes (earthing). Any cost incurred in ensuring your generator complies with current legislation will be at your own expense.

Weapons: Only vehicle mounted weapons or those as part of a static display will be allowed on site. These must remain secure at all times and must comply with HM Govt. Regulations. No weapons are to be carried around on the site without prior authorisation from the organisers. NO BLANK ROUNDS or PYROTECHNICS may be brought on site unless pre-arranged with the organisers. ALL WEAPONS brought onto the site for display or sale must comply with CURRENT UK Legislation. Anyone found to be disregarding this request will not be
re-invited to attend. No BB guns or air rifles to be used on site except in any designated organised ranges.

The display of deactivated weapons at the show is allowed if the owner has a British proof house certificate of deactivation. This certificate should be attached to the weapon or ready for inspection by the Police. Replica guns or guns manufactured solely as blank firing devices can be sold or displayed. Live firing or blank ammunition is not allowed to be displayed, sold or brought onto the showground.

Anti-Semitism: The display of anti-Sematic literature and artefacts is strictly forbidden. If any of this material is found you will be asked to leave the showground and not welcome back.

Uniforms: There are no objections to the wearing of ALLIED uniforms, providing no decorations or badges of rank are worn to which the wearer is not entitled. AXIS uniforms may be worn as part of a static display or an arena event but not around the site. Please do not wear any uniforms off site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Noise: Please keep unnecessary noise (for example: music, sirens, gunfire and pyrotechnics) to a minimum from 6.30pm to 8.30am.
