Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors
BOOTH SET-UP
Exhibit booth set-up is planned for Wednesday evening, April 27, 2010 or Thursday morning, April 28 prior to the 8:00 am opening of the Exhibit area.
REGISTRATION
Registration will be held outside the exhibit area.
MEETING AGENDA
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, with meetings beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending around 4:00 p.m. The exhibit area is only open on Thursday from 8:00 am until early-afternoon. On Friday, April 29, the conference continues with meetings beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 12:00 noon. A Conference program and schedule of events will be available at the registration table.
EXHIBIT BOOTH AREA
Contact Debra Hughes 319-335-5826 for information on setting up the booth, as well as any special requirements for electrical hook-ups, AV, and any other technology needs, etc.
BREAKS
All coffee and refreshment breaks are scheduled to be held in the exhibit area. For your convenience, as well as for the Conference participants, we have found this to be a welcome part of the Conference.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Hotel at Gateway Center in Ames has offered our group special rates for the Conference. We will send you reservation information upon confirmation of your registration as an Exhibitor or Sponsor.
BOOTH ACTIVITIES
While there has never been a concern which would cause the Committee to place restrictions on the activity which occurs in your booth, we would request, as has been the case in the past, that discretion and common sense be considered in enjoying yourselves. We encourage you to bring door prizes, samples, snacks, etc.
DOOR PRIZES
Exhibitors who wish to have their own drawings are encouraged to do so. Prize drawings and distribution of prizes will be at the Thursday afternoon break. Conference attendees must be present to win. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the prize drawing event, however the Conference Planning Committee will be happy to distribute and announce your door prizes if you wish. We greatly appreciate the continued support in this area.

Lodging/Meals/Program
· Exhibitor booth fee includes conference registration and meals for one vendor participant. Additional registrations are available at $25.00 per person.
· Special hotel rates will be available if you indicate your attendance at the IACUBO/Iowa CUPA -HR Conference.
· Exhibitors are allowed and encouraged to have their own booth registrations, drawings, or handouts, as appropriate.
· A Conference program will be furnished at the booths.
· A packet containing Conference participants’ names will be made available to exhibitors prior to the start of the Conference.
