About the Conference
The 42nd annual insurance conference will be brought to you by the Financial Intermediaries Association (FIA), Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) and the South African Insurance Association (SAIA).
About the Conference
EXHIBITION
A trade exhibition will be held during the main foyer. The exhibition will commence during the evening of Sunday, 24 July and will close late afternoon on Tuesday, 26 July, after the last tea break.
The Welcome Cocktail Party will be held in the main foyer, which is situated near the Cabanas hotel. On Monday and Tuesday, the tea breaks and lunches will also be held in the Foyer /Exhibition Hall. Tea breaks will be 30 minutes duration and the lunch break 60 minutes. This arrangement will provide sufficient time for delegates to visit all the stands.
As per the previous conference, there will be a grand prize linked to a questionnaire, to encourage delegates to visit the stands. Please supply one question relating to your company for inclusion on the questionnaire form with one correct answer and two incorrect answers by the 4th July 2016.
Exhibitors are also welcome to arrange their own prize draws but please advise Pat Hunter what you are planning as permission is required from Sun City for activities taking place on the stand.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate exhibitors’ preferences regarding location, but stands will be sold on a first come first served basis. Please refer to the exhibition matrix and floor plan for prices and location. Shared stands will incur additional fees; contact Pat Hunter for further information.
The preferred supplier of additional furniture is Complete Exhibitions (Compex) and contact details will be forwarded to confirmed exhibitors. Compex will liaise directly with exhibitors and will provide information regarding stand construction, electrical requirements, furniture, plants, heavy equipment handling, and any special requirements.Hospitality suites can be utilised as a slow lounge, underwriting room, coffee bar, delegate wellness etc.
Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of 50 % payment at time of reservation. Full settlement due by 14 March 2016.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of fee will be due and payable upon cancellation of stands after 25 April 2016.
