1Questionnaire Purpose

1.1Questionnaire Objectives

This questionnaire is intended to gain a deeper insight into consultant’s experience, preferences and approach to delivering CRM Projects. Cloud9 work with both permanent as well as AssoicateConsultants. This questionnaire is intended for permanent consultant applications.

Cloud9 primarily offer services for clients in deploying Dynamics 365, as well as complimentary services such as training and ADX Studio and Office 365 Deployment. Our customers value our advice on best practice as well technical expertise. Please note that this document will not be shared with clients directly or any third party, but the information may be used to help sell your strengths and assess suitability to work on any Cloud9 project.

Cloud9 are a fun team that are passionate about making customers happy and successful with their deployments with CRM. We are driven to learn and continuously improve the services we offer. Our values include being transparent with customers to give them best advice, even if this means less profit for Cloud9 as what makes our clients successful in the long term will make us successful too. We plan quarterly days in the office for learning and sharing for consultants and the wider team with dinner and drinks out to ensure there is a fun aspect to really getting to know your peers. Cloud9 have recently moved to bright, spacious modern air-conditioned new offices with great views of Preston Park and the Downs. This includes training suites that can be used for delivering client workshops, training and general get togethers.

Training & Competencies

Cloud9 will provide you with access to Microsoft Training Materials (DLP) and up to date Product News and events. This portal will enable you to keep up todate with your certifications to gain new Microsoft business competencies.
