BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN PRESENT, this declaration is to certify that ______, does hereby declare its intent and request to become a league member under the umbrella organization of the Metropolitan Junior Baseball League, Inc. (MJBL) and as such further declares its commitment to uphold the principles, terms and conditions of membership, and the rules and regulations set forth by MJBL and to further function as a full participating member of the MJBL organization for the upcoming year of 2015.

Note: $25.00 will only register a team in MJBL, $400.00 or $450.00 “Oakland Rule” registers the team and qualifies them for post-season play (Classic/Black World Series). There may also be additional state fees that will be determined by the individual state commissioner for possible state qualifying tournaments to advance to Classic/Black World Series. In consideration of the granting of a charter by MJBL Inc., the above league agrees to cease to identifying itself as MJBL, Inc. in the event its charter is revoked or in the event the above league for any reason disaffiliates from the MJBL Inc. or in the event its charter is not renewed or continued by MJBL Inc. at any time in the future. Coaches from all registered teams will receive MJBL Newsletters, and will be eligible to receive discounts on various MJBL equipment, uniforms and apparel that are offered to all MJBL league members.

Note: All MJBL coaches and individuals that travel with and chaperone players must have background checks turned in to their MJBL State Commissioner.
