CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
The 93rd Annual Educational Conference and Trade Show, hosted by the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS), is scheduled for April 19-22, 2015, in Hershey, PA. The conference, geared specifically for elected and appointed township officials, is an excellent opportunity for delegates to exchange ideas and receive training to help them better serve their constituents. Over 4,000 people attend the four-day conference. PSATS has always strived to bring informed speakers representing a broad spectrum of disciplines to conduct each of the educational sessions planned during the conference. Speakers may include township officials, state and federal agency representatives, private business representatives, attorneys, engineers, university professors, and special interest advocates.

AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT:
Every room will be set up with a laptop computer and a LCD Projector. This comes at no charge to the workshop presenter. ANY other AV, including Internet access, flipcharts and overhead projectors, must be ordered directly through the Hershey Lodge with any cost charged to the presenter. PSATS can assist you with the ordering of this; please contact us if you need additional AV from the Lodge.

1. All speakers must incorporate opportunities for interactive learning in each session (i.e., Q&A, case study discussions, etc.).
2. Handouts and PowerPoint presentations must be provided to PSATS by March6, 2015. Copies will be prepared for distribution at the workshop.
All speakers are offered complimentary registration for the day of their presentation, which also allows access to the Exhibit Hall.

PLEASE SUBMIT A BIO FOR EACH PRESENTER LISTED ABOVE – PROPOSALS SUBMITTED WITHOUT SPEAKER BIOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All applicants will be notified of the status of their session proposal no later than November 14, 2014. (Please note that submission of a proposal does not guarantee it will be offered as a workshop at the 2015 PSATS State Conference. The PSATS Conference Planning Committee will review all proposals upon receipt).

- Proposal submittal must include a short bio for all speakers.
- All handout materials and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted to PSATS in advance of the conference, no later than March 6, 2015.
- PSATS may use such materials, in whole or in part, for conference related informational and educational purposes.
- No PowerPoint presentations will be loaded at the conference.
- All handouts and presentations will be reproduced by PSATS and copies will be distributed at your session.
PSATS reserves the right to deny a workshop proposal without the acknowledgement below checkedby the applicant and/or if all elements required are not included in the proposal. If you have questions or concerns about this, please contact Carol Kilko at PSATS.
